I'm Barry Jones, an independent speaker agent with more than twenty years’ experience booking high-level keynote speakers for conferences and leadership events around the world.
My role is simple and precise: I match the right speaker to the client’s brief. Not just a name or a profile, but a voice that brings relevant insight, practical ideas, and lasting value—aligned to the organisation’s challenges, strategy, and audience.
Over two decades, I have built a deep, working knowledge of the global speaker landscape. I maintain a virtual library of leading thinkers, industry experts, and emerging voices, supported by continuous research and close, ongoing relationships with speakers themselves.
I work closely with clients from first conversation to event delivery. This includes shaping the brief, advising on speaker selection, creating speaker biographies, managing contracts, and handling the full booking process to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Before entering the speaker industry, I held senior sales and marketing leadership roles across travel, hospitality, and aviation. That commercial background informs how I work today—commercially aware, detail-focused, and outcomes-driven.
